1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlaneLists.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

PlaneLists.com is an aviation data intelligence platform that provides access to FAA public records including aircraft registrations, airmen certifications, and medical certificate data. We transform this data into actionable leads and alerts for aviation industry professionals.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

PlaneLists.com offers subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the subscriber portal or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free trial accounts are provided for 7 days with limited access. No credit card is required for trial registration.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform and its data only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data without written permission
• Use the data for harassment, stalking, or any illegal purpose
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data beyond your plan limits
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• Use automated tools to access the Platform without authorization

6. Data Sources & Accuracy

Data on PlaneLists.com is sourced from FAA public records and updated daily. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data. The FAA is the authoritative source for all aviation records.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and proprietary algorithms, is owned by PlaneLists.com. FAA data is in the public domain; however, our presentation, organization, and enrichment of that data is proprietary.

8. Limitation of Liability

PlaneLists.com is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the Platform and its data will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Beaufort County, South Carolina.
