2. FAA Public Data

The aviation data displayed on PlaneLists.com (aircraft registrations, airmen records, medical certificates) is sourced from FAA public records. This data is in the public domain and is made available by the FAA for public use. PlaneLists.com does not collect this data from individuals; it is obtained from government sources and updated daily.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and maintain your account and subscription
Send alerts, lead deliveries, and transactional emails
Process payments and manage billing
Improve the Platform and develop new features
Send trial nurture and onboarding communications
Protect against fraud and unauthorized access

4. Email Communications

We send transactional emails (password resets, 2FA codes, alert deliveries) and marketing emails (trial nurture sequence). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
